HAIPRO DISTRIBUTION INC. RETURN POLICY
1. Scope of Policy
This Return Policy (“Policy”) governs the return of food and beverage products (“Products”) purchased from HaiPro Distribution Inc. (“Company”), whether directly or through an authorized distributor or reseller. By purchasing Products from the Company, the purchaser (“Customer”) agrees to comply with the terms set forth herein.

2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1. Products may be returned only if they are in an unopened and original condition, with all factory seals intact, and within the applicable return period as specified herein.
2.2. Opened Products are not eligible for return. However, in cases where the Product is defective, contaminated, spoiled, or otherwise unfit for consumption, the Customer may submit a complaint to the Company pursuant to Section 5.

4.1. To initiate a return, the Customer must submit a request via email to the Company’s designated customer service department, providing the following information:
• Order number and purchase date;
• Product details, including batch number and expiration date;
• Reason for the return;
• Photographic evidence (if applicable);
• Any other information reasonably requested by the Company.
4.2. Upon receipt of a valid return request, the Company will provide instructions regarding the return shipment of the Product. The Customer shall bear all costs associated with returning the Product unless otherwise determined by the Company.
4.3. The Company reserves the right to inspect returned Products before approving any refund, replacement, or credit.
